Hi Narelle and Ken - this is so late - but thought would send you a photo of Lizzie when she arrived with Emma and a photo of her now (8 months later in the snow).
Your service was wonderful and we can't thank you enough - Lizzie has settled in so well and we now call her our Snow Dog - as she has seen so much snow and loves it - a big change from Australia.
Thanks once again and could not imagine not sharing this experience without our Lizzie - and that is thanks to your wonderful service.

Thank you for all your help in relocating Osa and Tita for us to Mendoza Argentina.
The whole process was very daunting to us and you made our move back home so easy knowing that our dog and cat would be well cared for by your company.
Your regular communication with us as to what was required and doing everything for us was great.
Picking Osa and Tita up in Mendoza was so simple because the paperwork was completely in order and the authorities at the airport processed it quickly and we were on our way home.
You really do love what you do!

She is absolutely adorable and the kids are over the moon. She has settled in well and surprisingly slept the whole night through....lets hope it stays that way!

Hi Narelle and Ken
Sorry it has taken so long to write to you, but we have been to hell and back with three very sick children requiring frequent trips to hospital, coupled with the container arriving on the day that the cats arrived and the unpacking of more than 100 boxes. Anyway the computer has been finally set up and I am frantically trying to email everyone in between doing all the above.
You both did a wonderful job with Minoosh and Felix. They arrived in good shape and were very happy to see us. They have not left us alone for one moment, and positioned them selves on our bed to ensure that they sleep with us as well.
So just to let you know that all is well from this end and that they arrived safe and sound. One quick curiosity however. Both cats jump onto the kitchen bench every evening expecting something. Obviously it must be food but I can't figure out what as I have tried meat and that doesn't seem to work with Felix. Did you give them a treat or something in the evening. If yes then let me know what it was, as I am desperate to please them and it breaks my heart not to be able to find out what the devil it is that they want. They were not allowed to jump on our kitchen bench in Australia so it is peculiar that they are insistent on doing so here. I don't mind it so much as long as I can reassure them by giving them what they are looking for, so if you can help I will appreciate it.
Also please let me know what the procedure is for returning back to Australia through you. We are not planning to do this in the near future but it is important to know just in case things change.

I hope you are well. It's been very busy here but I can now say we are nicely settled. Coco and Oriana seem very happy and settled in their new home. They very much like the central heating!
We just wanted to say a very big thank you for looking after Coco and Ori for us and getting them safely over to England.
If it had not been for you I wonder if they ever would have got here.
I was particularly impressed how well you stayed in contact with us throughout the whole issue with the problems of the veterinary documentation.
The cats looked really happy and healthy when they stepped out of the travel box. They looked much more relaxed than we did stepping off the plane.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Animal Travel to anyone. You really provided a fantastic service and we are eternally grateful to you. We know it was stressful for you as well.

I'd just like to say a very BIG thank you for organizing my safe arrival from New Zealand in August. It was a very BIG ordeal for me and you managed to re-assure me and make it so much easier. I have now settled into my new home in Eden NSW With my new Mummy and Daddy, brothers and sisters and all the other fur babies which live here.
They all seem to love me very much. I have attached a photo of me enjoying the new life. My mummy and daddy said that they'll Definitely use you again due to your efficient service and would recommend you to anyone wishing to transport their beloved fur babies.

Dexter and Wally arrived safely and happy this afternoon! It is *so* good to see them!! I've attached a picture taken just after they arrived here.....I really can't thank you enough for your amazing service. This move to the UK has been a huge and messy one, and your care in getting 'the boys' here without a hitch was wonderful!

Thank-you so very much for everything you did to get Digger and I to Canada. Digger arrived safe and sound a few hours after I did and he is enjoying his new home. The other corgis are a bit snobby but will come around I'm sure. Attached is a photo of his first walk in the snow - he seems to be tolerating the cold really well.
