Hi Narelle and Ken Sorry it has taken so long to write to you, but we have been to hell and back with three very sick children requiring frequent trips to hospital, coupled with the container arriving on the day that the cats arrived and the unpacking of more than 100 boxes. Anyway the computer has been finally set up and I am frantically trying to email everyone in between doing all the above. You both did a wonderful job with Minoosh and Felix. They arrived in good shape and were very happy to see us. They have not left us alone for one moment, and positioned them selves on our bed to ensure that they sleep with us as well. So just to let you know that all is well from this end and that they arrived safe and sound. One quick curiosity however. Both cats jump onto the kitchen bench every evening expecting something. Obviously it must be food but I can't figure out what as I have tried meat and that doesn't seem to work with Felix. Did you give them a treat or something in the evening. If yes then let me know what it was, as I am desperate to please them and it breaks my heart not to be able to find out what the devil it is that they want. They were not allowed to jump on our kitchen bench in Australia so it is peculiar that they are insistent on doing so here. I don't mind it so much as long as I can reassure them by giving them what they are looking for, so if you can help I will appreciate it. Also please let me know what the procedure is for returning back to Australia through you. We are not planning to do this in the near future but it is important to know just in case things change. Coco and Oriana seem very happy and settled in their new home. They very much like the central heating! We just wanted to say a very big thank you for looking after Coco and Ori for us and getting them safely over to England. If it had not been for you I wonder if they ever would have got here. I was particularly impressed how well you stayed in contact with us throughout the whole issue with the problems of the veterinary documentation. The cats looked really happy and healthy when they stepped out of the travel box. They looked much more relaxed than we did stepping off the plane. I would have no hesitation in recommending Animal Travel to anyone. You really provided a fantastic service and we are eternally grateful to you. We know it was stressful for you as well. I have now settled into my new home in Eden NSW With my new Mummy and Daddy, brothers and sisters and all the other fur babies which live here. They all seem to love me very much.
