Dear Narelle & Ken,
As you know our relocation from Australia back to the UK didn't always run smoothly with a few hiccups along the way.
We didn't have a clue where to start in getting his travel organised but right from the start you made this a stress-free process for us.
Through all the turmoil and upheaval Animal Travel were the most patient, professional and friendly service I have ever dealt with.
The most worrying thing for us was making sure our lovely dog Mason was looked after and Animal Travel certainly made sure this was the case.
Thank you so much for looking after him so well at your boarding kennels for 2 months before his flight. It was great to get regular updates from you whilst he was with you.
I know Mason loved playing with your Dobermann Morgan all day too.
Mason arrived in the UK looking very healthy and in good spirits and seems to be adapting to the UK climate very well and loves chasing the squirrels in our local forest.
It was so wonderful to know that the most important part of the family was being looked after by the best!
Your service was second to none and we simply cant thank you enough!

We have all made it safely to the Lone Star state!
My menagerie were all very happy to see me and I was amazed how well they looked after their big trip - they handled the travelling better than me I think!!
They are now all settling in well to our new home and they also have a new friend - Romeo who is a Dachshund cross - bringing the total of our furry family to 8.

Hi Narelle and Ken
Thanks to all your efforts the 3 B&W furries arrived in Canada yesterday in perfect order. There was some confusion at Vancouver airport by CFIA but solely due to their being a bit confused about PIngu.
It was almost comedic as they were very pleasant and helpful but didn't know what they were doing. The vet with CFIA has been this morning.
Polly and Peugeot are visibly excited about being here. They love the fireplaces and carpeted floors. Pingu is in great shape having spend several months with you in "quarantine" although he is still quarantined for a bit here in Canada so his movements are restricted. We have him in the lounge room with us so he has company.
Thanks for all your help. Without you we could not have kept our furry family together.

Hi Narelle and Ken,
Thank you so much for all your help getting our four legged family safely from Perth to Canada!
Having not had any luck for more than a year with any other pet shipper in Perth to get Casper, our blind and deaf guinea pig, from Perth to Vancouver I called and remember your comment Narelle the first time we spoke after explaining what Warner and I wanted to do.
"I enjoy a challenge".
You made it seem effortless, accomplishing what every other pet shipper wouldn't or couldn't do.
Casper travelled really well from Sydney to Honolulu and you coordinated everything for his safe entry to Hawaii. Ken put Casper on his flight from Sydney to Honolulu and Warner and I took him from Honolulu to Vancouver and he is now enjoying the lush grass of Canada - a nice change after Port Hedland's sparse grass!
Our two cats, Giovanni and Jackson, and three dogs, Bella, Solo and Deacon, arrived safely in Canada after spending a week at your boarding kennels and cattery in Sydney. The dogs were bathed and smelled great and were much cleaner than when we sent them to you!
We really appreciate all your help getting our guys home with us. Thank you again!

Perth to Vancouver October 2009
Our relocation to Bangkok, Thailand was both stressful and daunting for the Williams Family but more so because we were worried for our wonderful Mika. Narelle and Ken from Animal Travel organised absolutely everything for us and left me to worry about everything else. Mika needed to board with Animal Travel for 5 weeks whilst we set up house. Narelle communicated with us frequently assuring us that Mika was happy and healthy.
When Mika was able to join us it all went very smoothly and successfully. Mika was collected at the airport by their agent and arrived at our new home safe and sound.
Thank you very much, you made a stressful relocation much easier.
